A conceptual design for a private developer, that involved concept, sourcing, space planning and 3D visuals

                    " A Luxury - Design - Look"

The conceptual approach was to create a timeless and elegant apartment, that would increase the value of the property ,provide a speedy sell ,or ensure a higher rent value. 

A neutral scheme with complementary accents was used throughout . Accent colours was used in form of artwork, cushions, rugs and wallpaper.

Robust hard-wearing materials , and finishes was used throughout.  

Aluxury, timeless & stylish ambiance was createdby using upholstered furniture in luxury but robust velvets, silk-like rugs and window dressing, framed artwork &  suitable accessories
